  1. In medium saucepan bring water to a boil, add in pasta. Boil for 8 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse pasta with cold water through a colander.
  2. In a large bowl and add in cooked pasta, spinach, feta, onion, pine nuts, yellow bell pepper, basil and white pepper. Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Refrigerate and serve cold.
