Instructions
  1. In large pot bring water to a boil, add in olive oil and pasta. Boil for 12-14 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse pasta with cold water through a colander.
  2. In food processor puree Roasted Red Bell Peppers
  3. In large skillet over medium high heat, melt butter, add in garlic and sauté until garlic is tender. Add in basil, black pepper, red pepper flakes, pepper puree and heavy cream. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. In ceramic or glass baking dish place one layer of half of pasta, layer half of sauce and layer half of cheese. Repeat layers and top with parsley.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, let rest 5 minute then serve.
