  1. Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Brown meat on all sides.
  2. Add onion, garlic, green pepper and carrots. Cook and stir until onions are translucent.
  3. Whisk peanut butter and beef broth in medium bowl until blended. Pour over meat.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, thyme and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 1 hours or until meat is tender.
  6. Add in the Pasta and cook an additional 30 minutes on simmer.
  7. Remove bay leaf and discard.
